We offer holiday pay, longevity bonus (yearly) and an affordable medical plan to our qualified temporary employees.
Our contract employees are paid every week and our work week consists of scheduled working hours beginning on Sunday and ending on the following Saturday. Paychecks for that period will be issued on Friday following the end of the pay period. Paychecks may be directly deposited or picked up at our location.
Our contract employees who work at least 1040 hours 12 months prior to the holiday are eligible for holiday pay. Our paid holidays include:

A contract employee must be currently on a project assignment and work the day before and the day after the holiday to be eligible. The holiday pay will be paid at the current rate of pay.
After completing 1,800 consecutive hours (or more) of work on longevity bonus-eligible projects in a twelve (12) month period, beginning on the employee’s date of hire or the anniversary of their date of hire, the employee will be eligible to receive a longevity bonus. The longevity bonus will equal three hundred percent (300%) of one full day’s wages.
Prompt Staffing has identified a health care plan in which qualified temporary employees (and their eligible dependents) may participate at their own expense. Prompt Staffing will direct the employee to an established insurance broker who will assist them in locating the right insurance plan. Additionally, Prompt Staffing will administer the employee’s insurance premium payments. For more information regarding medical insurance qualifications, benefits, terms, conditions, and expenses, the employee must contact the local branch office of Prompt Staffing.
